Twelve luxury town houses & apartments and communal area within a grade two listed block; BMS and home automation system based on the Niagara AX framework to control the homes heating, air conditioning, steam rooms and underfloor heating systems. It is integrated with the Crestron system for a seamless user experience.
41 Chapel Street, London
Project: £150,000 to date
Luxury refurbished period house & combined mews; BMS and home automation system using North for the main plant and KNX throughout the house for local control within rooms. All completely integrated with the Crestron system.
64 Chester Square, London
A large grade two listed building in Belgravia, underwent a full scale refurbishment including a new BMS system. The BMS was designed to control and monitor the primary heating and ventilation plant with full integration with the Crestron AV and Mitsubishi air conditioning systems was all achieved through the North control system.
Westpark, Wentworth Estate
Project: £120,000 to date
Located on the prestigious Wentworth estate, this project involved installing a new BMS system based on the North control system. Via the commander the BMS is able to control and monitor the primary and secondary heating plant, underfloor heating systems and air conditioning plant. Integration is provided through the Lutron AV interface which acts as the primary point of control of the BMS for the end user and an AE200 to provide control of the Mitsubishi comfort cooling system.

As part of the refurbishment this large property in Kensington, Imperium were employed to install a new fully integrated BMS system utilising North throughout the building integrating with the AV and air conditioning systems.
47 Avenue Road, London
Project: £160,000 to date
North control system in this large high end home in North London is used to control and monitor the heating and ventilation plant within the main house and mews building. Integration of the BACnet humidifiers, Mitsubishi VRF units, AMX AV system and a KNX lighting system is all achieved through the North commander located in the main panel.
Bvlgari Hotel Residences
Project: £48,000 to date
New installation of a BMS system used to control the underfloor heating and fan coil units utilising the Niagara AX framework with allowance to facilitate future AV systems as part of a refurbishment of the floor.
Grosvenor Cresent Mews
Project: £35,000 to date
A new BMS and home automation system based on the Niagara AX framework to control the primary heating plant, air conditioning, steam rooms and underfloor heating systems. It is integrated with the Crestron system for a seamless user experience.
Clapham Common West Side
Project: £100,000 to date
A new BMS installation in the main house and the coach house based on the North control system. The system is used to control and monitor all systems and bring them back to a central North BMS, particular attention was payed to water leak detection as desired by the client.
Gascoigne Estate, Barking
A new site wide BEMS system controlling district heating serving 1,575 homes. This is a Trend BMS System controlling Boilers, Thermal Stores and CHPs. The focus of this project was efficiency with full speed control of pumps and modulation of the heating sources.
Hackney Council Housing Association Blocks
A new BMS system was installed as part of the boiler room refurbishments across three different housing blocks in Hackney.

235 High Holborn
A new BMS and integration system based on the Niagara AX framework was installed as part of an office refurbishment project to bring together the lighting, fire alarm and building control systems into one easy to manage package.
As part of a single floor refurbishment in a multi-tenant office building. We installed a VAV control system serving fifty units complete with a central management supervisor system which was designed to be easily expandable as the system grows.
A new BMS installation was installed as part of the redevelopment of the college. The system is used to control the AHU’s and heating and ventilation systems.
Northwood College was a new installation of a BMS system in a small boiler room as part of the boiler room refurbishment.
